Install a VNC server on redhat and connect to it using a VNC viewer, configuration of redhat is not supported here.

If you must use VNC and it is over WWW make sure you use an SSH tunnel as VNC has zero security and the theinputs you send are in plain text.

Why not use SSH pure, why do you need the remote access?
