features of vim-tiny and vim-common

What features are missing from vim-tiny and vim-common? I noticed I couldn't start it with the command "vim". I have to use the command "vi".

Things like syntax highlighting and some more contemporary features of vim. vim-tiny is a intended to be a lighter version of vim so some things are left out. You can install the "vim" package for full features:
