Disable USB Mass Storage Drive

Hi..

I am using Ubuntu 12.04. And I want disable Mass USB storage on system.

I tried to add blacklist usb_storage to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf but it is not working.

I also tired to run sudo modprobe.d block us_stoarge

Please advice me!! How can i disable USB Mass Storage??

Are users whom can access USB storage in the plugdev group? If so, try making a test user but remove them from the plugdev group. See if they can access USB stuff after they log off and on.
