Does Ubuntu 12.04 LTS have TRIM Support for the OCZ Vertex 3?

Hello,
I have a question regarding the TRIM command of my SSD. Does Ubuntu Have TRIM support? The reason I am asking is because I do NOT want my system to slow down because of the operating system not fully utilizing the TRIM command of the SSD. Also, How do I check if TRIM is enabled? Thanks!
