Formatting 24TB on Ubuntu 32 Bit

I need to Format a 24TB Raid Drive on Ubuntu 32Bit...how can i go about doing this?
What File system do i use? if this is even possible?

You can use gparted for all that stuff. If the raid is internal then use Ext4 and you will be ok.

i think it gave me an error when i tried to do that....The Device size is too large to be expressed in 32 bits using 4029 block...or something like that...

If you boot to 64bit liveCD, is it ok there?

with 64 Bit Ubuntu i can format the drive using XFS file system but the problem is the Video Recording Software I need this system to run isnt compatible with 64 Bit...

If you format it in 64bit, can it then be accessed in the 32bit?

OK so I managed to Format the Drive Using GParted as you had suggested....using GPT Partition Table and XFS File System....previously that wasnt working and then poof like magic....it now works... but now i need to Mount the drive...whenever i attempt to do so i get the result "mount: Argument list too long"

used "mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/edvr"
pretty frickin short if u ask me :D
