I loose the access to other drive/partition of the disk

With the instalation of new UBUNTU 11.10 I coudn't access to other partition of hard disk, in wich I installed windows.
When I select the disk in personal folder, nothing appear.
I have a lot of information in this other disk part, but I couldn't access.
How can access to this other hard disk partition?

How did you install Ubuntu? Did you partition the drive for a true dual boot or did you use wubi?

Open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T)
   sudo apt-get install gnome-disk-utility
   sudo palimpsest
Select the partition, and then click on button mount. You should see raise a folder pathname. Click on it.
