hi can any help with this problem or is it nothing to worry about

warning the partition is misaligned by 512bytes this may result in very poor performance. repartitioning suggested
what is the best action to take reinstall or is there a way of doing this

Ignoring isn't recommended.

Reinstall or try repair with GParted. In any case backup.
