States it is proprietary to Sophos, so unless you can find a Linux client app on the Sophos site you are screwed. You MAY get joy byy booting Windows on a live CD or USB (Something like BartPE) and get your data there. It's going to be vERY messy.

Personally I have seen NOTHING but headaches by users encrypting their partitions. It's very little benefit for a whole world of mess when something like this goes wrong.

Backups only cover all data up to 16 hours before crash
