Getting error when unmounting pendrive

Laptop Model: 3000 G430
Ubuntu 10.10

Every time I try to right click on the pendrive icon and "Safely Remove device" I recieve the error message below. This is happening all the time.

SYNCHRONIZE CACHE: synchronize cache(10): Fixed format, current; Sense key: Key=9

FAILED: No such file or directory

I suggest you log a bug.

After you safe remove the device, run:

mount

Is the device unmounted (not listed)?

yes, its unmounted(i dont see the pen drive icon any more on the desktop after i do "Safely Remove Drive" but additionally i get this error message...

i will log a bug as suggested.
