how do I make the disks stay mounted after reboot?

Hello,
Could you please show how I make the disks stay mounted after reboot? Right now the disks will mount if I go to 'Places' and click on the disks. I would like them to be mounted all time. The software that I use to backup my files only backs up the disk's that are mounted. Right now I have to manually click on the disks after every reboot.
