since the last iphone update i havent been able to access my iphone photos and music

now when i hook my iphong to my computer via usb i get a error msg that says the following. -
(Unable to mount schleprock's iPhone
DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus))
is there a work around for this?
