actualizaciones que no me deja instalar, fallo en fsck

Hola, por si me pueden ayudar, cuando arranco el ordenar, me intenta instalar actualizaciones pero no las termina de instalar por error en el fsck, como las puedo eliminar>

Hola el error al arrancar el ordenador es:

"/dev/sda1: unexpected inconsistency; run fsck nanually.

fsck died with exit status 4."

Por favor,Podria no añadir un comentario con la respuesta anterior. Esto hace que el thread difícil de leer.
Lo siento por mi spanol, pero yo soy frances.
El computador no puede iniciarse porque detecta antes un error de el sistema de archivos.
Necessitas Ubuntu CD.
Empezas con Ubuntu CD, eligas "Probar sin instalar".
1-Systemas->Administración->Gparted. Eligas sda1 y "Probar partition".
o
2-Ctrl+Alt+T y tras "fsck /dev/sda1"
