How can I prepare a CD/DVD of programms installed on my laptop?

I have installed Ubuntu 12.4 on my laptop. I have also installed some applications on that by downloading them. I want to prepare a CD/DVD, which should contain all the programs downloaded by me. Please help.

Yes , you can do that. You have to use a program such as Remastersys.

Could use apt-get to download every package installed on the OS. They will be stored in /var/cache/apt/archives and can be used in the same release of the same arch to install the applications and libs
