Usb creator missing python26.dll Ubuntu 10

When i use the USB creator in the Ubuntu 10 CD, i get an error that python26.dll is missing. where can i get this for fix it.
I can't install ubuntu 10 with the Live Cd because it always freezes when it gets to the installer.

Please tell are you using the usb-creator booting your system from live cd Ubuntu cd...?

I'm using Win Xp and trying to create a bootable usb to install ubuntu 10.

ok please install and use unetbootin http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
