Updated urlscan for python2/python3 compatibility

It doesn't look like urlscan is being maintained on Debian any more. I forked the original code after attempting to email the original author (no response) and have made several updates, including python2/python3 compatibility. If you are interested, the code is here: https://github.com/firecat53/urlscan-git . I also maintain the Archlinux AUR package based on this code.
