add a new repo for update-notifier

Hello

I want to add a new repository for update-notifier.

by checking the update-notifier code, I saw that we have {distro}-security

our updated repository is up2date-xenial-security

it's possible that we have a customise uptade-checker, because we need to have *-security instead of [distro]-security
