Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#When%20not%20to%20file%20a%20bug.

Following this upgrade was biased, error message on startup / button more than put out ... / More shortcut in the envelope / more empathy status

And they told me that there's no problem in the partial upgrade

when you are using a development release of ubuntu there comes many situations when some package have a delay in building on the build servers and other packages related to them are synced to you mirror so when you update your system some packages have mismatching dependencies you just have to wait for a few hour for the packages to build and sync.

"Today, the update manager delete Rhythmbox / Libdbusmenu / Indicator me and Indicator Session"
this happened to me too and now everything is fine. this was actually due to MeMenu have renaming some packages. you must have noticed except for rhythmbox other packages with almost similar names were also listed in the newly installed. and now you can again install rhythmbox.

when you are using development releases you have to face the concequencies. but still thanx for testing ubuntu and reporting alot of bugs against netbook launcher.

Can you help with this problem?
