How to restore original ubuntu apt sources.list file

Asked by Krishna

I didn't backup my sources.list file and I replaced it contents with another sources.list. Now it takes too much time when I execute
sudo apt-get update and update manager informs me that there can be damage to filesystem if certain upgrades are done using the new sources.list.....
Could I get the original content of sources.list in ubuntu 9.10????
