How do I udate from 9.10 beta version to full version released today

I am using Ubuntu 9.10 beta version at the moment. Can I update to the full version released today Fri 30 Oct without having to go through a new installation of 9.10 again

There should be no problems: just run the update manager and everything should get updated automatically.
