where to report launchpad bug ?

Today i've reported a bug against a package. Rereading my comments, i've seen a mistake and click to correct the sentence.
When i've tried to save the new text, an animated icon dont stop to play meaning that it can't save anything (i've waited ten minutes seeing it and finally disconnect myself.

Is launchpad the good place to report against it ?

If you find a bug in Ubuntu or any of its derivatives, please file a bug using the command:

ubuntu-bug <package>

If that fails, you can report bugs manually at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug
