please dont advertise livepatch when its not available

Asked by MikeR on 2019-09-16

in Ubuntu 18.04; updated fully.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

from /var/cache/ubuntu-advantage-tools/ubuntu-advantage-status.cache:

livepatch: disabled

However when I update using
Applications -> System Tools -> Administration -> Software updater
upon completion I see the message
"The software on this computer is up to date"
and
Tip: You can use Livepatch to keep your computer more secure between restarts.

As I have uninstalled snapd and *do not* wish to install or use livepatch this message is an unnessesary nag.
Could this message be disabled if livepatch is marked "disabled"?

Your response would be most gratefully received.
