when I rune sudo apt-get update I get an error

when I run the command to get update I get an error:
E: Malformed entry 21 in list file /etc/apt/
E: The list of sources could not be read.
I already tried deleting the source throught software & updates and tried sudo nano /etc/apt/

Apparently you have put some kind of error into your package management system's configuration file.
For diagnostic purposes please provide the output that you receive for the commands
uname -a
lsb_release -crid
cat -n /etc/apt/
