Can't update Ubuntu

Asked by Computerguy40

I got a message that updates were available but when I went to update I got an error message that server access was denied. My internet connection works fine and the correct password was entered. Any suggestions?
Here are the actual error messages:

This is a common whenever there's a proxy set-up. Check the network settings and disable any proxy setup.
