Cannot Update or install new packages

I was able to update and install new packages but recently i start getting these errors on my pc.
I am not able to update and install new packages , this is a great problem for me.
i have intrepid ibex installed .
pls help and suggest

Hello, are you connecting via a proxy ? If so, please check the proxy's settings.
