To upgrade to a newer version your present installation must be up-to-date.

7.04 support ceased in October last year. The files from the repositories have been archived and are no longer available using the usual method via the Update Manager.

7.10 will reach the end of its support cycle in April 2009.

8.10 will reach the end of its support cycle in April 2010.

8.04 LTS will reach the end of its support cycle in April 2011.

I hope that is sufficient information to help you make an informed decision about which version to change to.

Thanks Andre Mangan for the answer.
So it looks like I have to upgrsade to 8.04.
When I download, alot of files are no longer there.
One thing about 8.04 version is that there is a problem with
flash animation. It doesn't appear. It is block by an arrow
and have to click on the arrow to see it.
Thanks once agian for your time.

Now I know what is the problem. Thanks Andre Mangan. I have to download a newer version as 7.04 is no longer
supported.
