Ubuntu nexus 7 installer - installation failed

I am trying to install ubuntu on my nexus7(wifi tablet 2013 edition) tablet. After downloading rootfs.img, its getting loaded but while flashing it's throwing error "installation failed".

Device has been unlocked and rooted properly.

Please help me. Thanks in advance!!!
