This site is for questions about official canonical issues of Ubuntu.

Backtrack 5 may have been "based " on Ubuntu, but it is not Ubuntu.

Backtrack 5 is outdated and downloads discontinued.

People are advised to use Kali Linux instead ---which is "based" on Debian.
