Question information

User is either running an EOL release or has an old/outdated source.

@stephen: if you are still running Ubuntu Natty/11.04, it is highly recommended to upgrade to (or back up your data and do a fresh install of) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

If you're unsure which release you're running, use the following command:
lsb_release -a

If you choose not to upgrade, the warning is benign/harmless (even if it's annoying). You can fix it by removing the offending line from your source (either using Synaptic or looking at the sources files and directories in /etc/apt )
