when is Ubuntu V 12.10 coming out?

I assume a system upgrade is due every 6 months. If so, then the next upgrade would be V 12.10. When can I expect this?

Hello Steve,

I can tell you, that Ubuntu 12.10 will be released on 18th of October 2012. So it's tomorrow. Check for release updates in update manager to update your system to latest release.

I hope, that you will enjoy new Ubuntu OS version.
