testing download servers hangs

From Software Sources / Download from / other/ Select Best Server, the "Testing Download Servers" progress bar only gets halfway through and then hangs. Tried several times over many different days, and predictably hangs at the same spot.

I suggest you report a bug

There was a huge data centre move recently which may be affecting this.
