Unable to upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04

Dear All,

Very Good Evening to all, I am not getting any update regarding the latest Ubuntu Release 12.04. How can I get this update on my Update-manager. I selected for notify me for all releases. Till 11.10 I got notifications.

Can any one please help me regarding this.

I am using SONY laptop.

There're some issues with upgrading, rather consider to backup important data and reinstall from scratch. When there exists a separate /home the reinstallation is even more comfortable.

Or grab the alternate ISO, mount it and you can update using that:

I suggest the server method, keep the text in the terminal. It's handy for troubleshooting.
