Ubuntu Updates not selecting the closest Mirror

Can you give the output of:

I just figured out one thing that my mirror is only listed in CD-Mirrors list but not in the Archieve List thats why pk.archive.ubuntu.com is resulting in other ubuntu mirror IPs rather than mine. But unfortunately when I'm trying to register the mirror it is saying that a Mirror is already registered and points me to CD-Mirror list.

Strange for me.
