Update warning to update notification of same, already done, updates...

11 days ago , I did my 11.10 ubuntu system update (77 updates and 220.7 MBs) through Update Manager, But there is warning to update notification of same updates, is it necessary to do ?

you should update all time for new features added.

and if you do not want to do that ... its ok there is no necessary except security update.
