You will need the old debs and uninstall the app, then reinstall with the old debs. Its not advised to do this but it is possible.

Instead you could fix the issue and keep the updates.....

How do I fix the problem? The updates were sent to me by Linux to my update Mananger and before I installed them on line videos from TV notworks played and I was able to play the L.A. Times crossword, but after they don't work and ABC says I need to down load the latest Adobe Flash Player. I have numerous times to no avail.

Hi Stuart

This seems to be a known problem. Open Software Centre and search for Adobe. You should see Adobe Flash Plugin as the first item in the list.

If it is there, but does not have a green tick on it, you need to install it.

If it does have a green tick, then click on it and select 'More Info'. Scroll down and read the Reviews. There are various suggestions like removing gnash (if it is installed) and installing hal (is it is not installed) - try those. You can do both these things in Software Centre.

If you need more help, please ask us,

Tony
