Problem in Upgrade Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04

I am using UBUNTU 10.10 and want to upgarde to UBUNTU 11.04. i have installed all the updates to dat but when i used upgrade to newer i,e 11.04 version it show thsi error

Authenticating the upgrade failed. There may be a problem with the network or with the server.

Please provide a solution for this problem

go to settings in update manager and change the update server to "main server" if it is not already set. if it is already set to "main server", change it to something else. it will refresh the package list and update will proceed uinterrupted.

I select the best server. it checked online and choose best server for me. its updates the files. but when i press upgrade button it shows
