No conecta la actualizacion sugerida

Hola El sistema me sugiere una actualizaciòn de seguridad importante pero no puede conectar. Me responde lo siguiente:

Perform just step 1 at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PackageManagerTroubleshootingProcedure. That will probably fix your problem. If not, please post a reply in this question.
