update-manager package

upgrade manager cannot link for downloads. Message Failed to fetch. Access for all other internet services is fine.

Details are three lines with the first part common to all, followed by:

Failed to Fetch http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/p/pam/libpam0g_1.1.1-4ubuntu2.2_i386.deb 404
                                                                                                                                  /libpam-modules_1.1.1-4ubuntu2.2_i386.deb 404
                                                                                                                                  /libpam-runtime_1.1.1-4ubuntu2.2_alldeb 404

All three of the above end with: Not Found [91.189.88.140 80

This update manager has been working without incident until this started to-day, May 31, 2011.
