Please try a different mirror from update-manager settings

Please push into lower left Settings button of the update-manager and then you will find into the next window showed the server settings...

hi i have clicked on the settings button and there is no server settings ,just software services is it in here somewhere

Please select [Ubuntu software] tab and seelct diffrent server from "Download from..."
