How to upgrade pre release of Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.04 final

hi having upgraded to natty before stable release on 28th does this mean that I dont need to download stable release.....if it does I cannot find it on update manager!?

You will upgrade seamlessly to the stable as they use the same repos. Just install normal updates and you will be fine.
