error upgrade to 11.04

hi i want to install ubuntu 11.04 i type in the update-manager -d in the terminal and it goes through it updates then says .
WARNING Failed to read mirror ,What does this mean before i continue

I suggest you post on here and say you are having the same issue:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/686142

You can always grab the natty alternate ISO and upgrade using that
