from 10.04 LTS to upgrade Ubuntu Studio 10.04, how ?

I just would like to know if there is a way to upgrade my 10.04 lucid to UbuntuStudio 10.04 from 'Update Manager' or Synaptics, or Ubuntu Software Center, I burnt an i386 disk of UStudio 10.10 thinking it would install, apparently not. Yes I am a nOOb, but I've hung in long enough to finally grasp the concept..If I have any hope, it lie within the fine resource of the community..

Open a terminal Applications→Accessories→Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntustudio-desktop

give your user password when requested, you don't see any chars when you type it, then press enter.
