failed to download repository information

W:Failed to fetch http://downloadue.info/repo/dists/natty/all/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found , E:Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
there is a warning that shows up in the top right panel that says "System program problem detected"

Apparently you are using a package repositoty server that has not been updated. You better switch to another server that is near your location.
