can I upgrade from version 10.04 to version 10.10?

Asked by Dwight Parker

I just previously installed version 10.10 on my computer a while ago. But I screwed it up, and had to re-install it again. However, I had a problem installing version 10.10 back on my computer, so I deleted the initial install of 10.10 I had on, and installed version 10.04, but I really want version 10.10. Can I upgrade to version 10.10, or can you guys do a remote access to assist in the install of version 10.10?

You can upgrade 10.04 from update-manager.
System/Administrator/update-manager
then click on the settings button. Select the update tab, and under
Release Upgrade, select "Normal releases"
Upgrade manager should offer you an upgrade button at the top of its screen,
maybe you have to close it and rerun it.
