Hi Skullwraight13,

in linux (or in ubuntu) there is no registry to clean :-)

also, you don't need antivirus in linux as there aren't virus for this
operating system. However therer are some antivirus that work in linux
which are intended to be used in linux servers in mixed windows/linux
environments for protect the windows clients. For example, the admin of
a linux mail server that has windows clients may think that is a good
idea to scan the emails with a linux antivirus to protect the windows
machines that open those emails.

One of those antivirus, which is opensource, is clamav

Since this is marked solved you should post a new question. But I should remind you this isn't Windows. This is Ubuntu. Many things that may work well in Windows will need alternative programs in Ubuntu.
