sure, just run:

sudo upgrade-manager -d

It will be offered. Natty is VERY unstable and not ready for regular use. If you need a working OS then stick with maverick, if you want a crashing system with lots of functionality holes to log bugs and help get natty ready then by all means install it.

At the moment it's pre-alpha, first alpha is scheduled on Dec. 2nd.

Alpha1 unstable will be released 7 December 2010

To jump to Natty in this days from Ubuntu 10.10 (not suggested)
simply edit the /etc/apt/sources.list and replace occurrence of maverick with natty and update the system
