update from 10.04 to 10.10 error occured couldn't continue

trying to update from 10.04 to 10.10 unresolvable error occurred while calculating upgrade trying to install blacklisted version 'blcr-dkms_0.8.2-13' I don't know if this is a bug can you help me? I'm using a Dell 2400 desktop
