How do I install 10.10 through update manager?

I want to upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 through the update manager but when I click on Update Manager I don't see the "a new upgrade is available".

Hi Melinda,
open Update Manager, click 'Settings' (lower left button), enter your password, click on tab 'Updates' and change 'Release update' notifications to show 'Normal releases'. Click 'Close' and 'Check' again for updates.

If I remember, in preferences of Update-manager, you have to uncheck "Long Term Support (LTS)".
