Update Manager - Failed to download package files

I'm using 10.10. A couple of days ago, I tried to update using Update Manager. I have tried several times over the last few days and get the same message that says check your Internet connection. I am connected and can browse and stream audio with no problem. Details from the error message say:

Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/linux-libc-dev_2.6.35-1022.34_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.37 80]

I am an Ubuntu rookie, just learning.

You failed to reached the Web resource.
Open update-manager, preferences and try with another server.
Currently, I can't check this URL. Sorry.
