i can't upgrade ubuntu 10,10

i tried to check for the upgrade and the update manager didn't find it. what i have to do?

Alt+F2 and type: update-manager -d

Open update-manager, and check in parameters that you install all Ubuntu release, and not only LTS (Long Term Support) ones.

i'm also not able to install ubuntu 11.04 with update manager, how to update my system from 10.10 to 11.04?
