upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04 do i lose all the dowload software

Before i upgrade to 10.04 i like to know what will happen to the other ubuntu software that i dowload.

Software : Qcad - Gimp - Kmymoney - Kstars - Lrecipes and Gbirthday.

Those are all in the repositories and will be upgraded when you change to the later release. This is what happens in any upgrade.
